Sept 4, 2007:

Robin Right is excited to be making a rare Massachusetts appearance at the fun-filled Lions Club Harvard Fall Festival on Saturday, September 15th, from 4:00 to 5:30. The Festival is at the intersection of Rte 110/111 and Route 2 in the beautiful town of Harvard, Massachusetts, and features two days of fun and entertainment for the entire family and folks of all ages. Attractions include:

  • Live Entertainment all day Saturday and Sunday including a special Saturday night concert with Robin Right and Beatlejuice, the popular Beatles tribute band,

  • A Spectacular Fireworks display by world famous Atlas Fireworks, following the concert,

  • A large Craft Fair of nearly 75 crafters and demonstrations,

  • A Kids Carnival featuring inflatables such as the ‘Obstacle Course’ and large ‘Castle Bounce’ where kids can climb, slide and bounce to their heart’s content!

  • A sanctioned ‘BBQ Cook-off’ run by the New England Barbecue Society with $2600 in guaranteed prize money.

  • A Food Court with a feast for every taste, including burgers, hot dogs and the Lions ever popular hand cut fries, plus BBQ from Fireflies, seafood, Indian food, ice cream and much more.

With all of her traveling, Robin doesn't get a chance to perform for her local Massachusetts fans, friends and neighbors very often, This year's travels have already taken her to Florida, Alabama, Pennsylvania, New York, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut and Rhode Island. She is looking forward to the concert and promises an action-packed, fun-filled show with lots of good country music and a few surprises.

The Fall Festival will be held at Sunnywood Acres, a 50 + acre estate in Harvard. The setting offers a story-book autumn experience and an ideal layout for this fabulous two day event. There is no admission fee to take advantage of all the daytime activities both Saturday and Sunday but donations are greatly appreciated. Admission to the special Saturday evening concert and fireworks entertainment is $40 per ‘carload’ or $15 per person. Gates open at 4:00 PM. Proceeds benefit the Harvard Lions charities.

The Harvard Lions are dedicated to helping those in need and this is their major fund raising event of the year. Among the many charitable causes supported by this event are providing eye and hearing services to the needy, including children, supporting Massachusetts Lions Eye Research, the Lions International Sight First Foundation and the Clara Barton Camp in Oxford MA for children with diabetes and other disabilities.
