Kenny Roberts is another Massachusetts resident and one of the best yodelers that country music has produced. He had hits as far back as the 40's. We see each other on occasion at local country music events when neither of us is touring. You may remember LeAnn Rimes first big hit, "Blue." The story was that it was written for Patsy Cline but she didn't get to record it because of her untimely death. The song writer waited over 30 years for the right voice to come along and when he heard 13 year-old LeAnn, he knew that he had found it. The only problem with the story is that Kenny Roberts recorded this song in 1967.
